- Original tags and packaging must be included where applicable
- A valid proof of purchase must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been worn or used
- Items that have been altered or customized
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Items returned after the 14-day return period
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.
Items must be securely packaged and shipped back to us using a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring the package for its full value.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error in your order.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photographs of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt.
